Shout out to this absolute legend of a kid!

Nickolas is a keen basketballer, who has played for a number of years and loves playing with his friends as a part of the Merrifield Panthers Basketball. Last year Nickolas sadly had to give his love of the game away due to ongoing medical needs which was heartbreaking for young Nickolas. However, to keep the love of the game alive and put a smile back on Nickolas's face our very own Guy Dupuy arranged for Nickolas to be treated like the VIP he is and enjoy a very special experience with the Illawarra Hawks Basketball

Nickolas attended the game in December with his best friend and dad. He got to experience a real VIP treatment as he sat courtside, met the players and even had his jersey signed. When we spoke to Nickolas' dad to share with him the opportunity that Nickolas was going to experience, he was completely overwhelmed with the generosity as it had been a very hard week and this was going to lift all their spirits. We hope to get Nickolas back on the court or sitting courtside at our Big V Games very soon!!
