HISTORY

The Craigieburn Basketball Association Inc. has had a very proud and growing history.

From its incorporation, the association has come a long way in its vision to be recognised as a leader in the competitionsin which it competes.

CBA participates in Big V, MMBL, VJBL and Domestic competitions.

Central planning and long term goal setting in recent times has seen the association

"strive to achieve"

a greater community involvement. Currently the  Craigieburn Basketball Association Inc. is comprised of age groups, U/8 to U/20 for basketball parthways. Our senior programme of men and women compete in Big V, MMBL and Senior Domestic with competitions running on a weekly basis.

Many talented players have passed through CBA over the years, some of whom have achieved Awards from Basketball Victoria.

These include leading scorer, League MVP and

Leading Coach,

Golden Hands Award,

All Star Five Awards.

History and tradition are the ingredients to building a successful basketball association along with its people.

The CBA has a young history built on club spirit. We are developing traditions and seeking continued growth and success into the future.
