The 2023 Craigieburn Basketball Association Annual General Meeting will be held on Wednesday the 25th of October at 7:15PM

The Board calls for Nominations for 3 (three) Board position vacancies which will consist of 2 for a 2 (two) year term & 1 for a 1 (one) year term.
To nominate or to be nominated you must be a financial member.
      • Nominations may be made by completing the 2023 CBA Board Nomination Form.

NOTICE OF MOTION
In accordance with Clause 29 of the Constitution, notice is hereby given of a motion to amend the CBA Constitution.

        • Reason for proposed amendments: to ensure the Association is constitutionally sound both now and into the future and it meets all the definitions and regulations of not-forprofit (NFP) entities required in Victoria.

        • Motion to Change the Constitution: motion made by Belinda Tirant and seconded by Leanne Thomson. It is proposed the Constitution is amended as outlined in the Draft Constitution September 2023 (page 20 – Clauses 15 & 16), which is available for perusal via this link CBA Constitution
